“ORTO-70” Five-chamber System
- Basic mounting depth: 70mm.
- Frost-hardy formula.
- Two molding fillets system allow 24mm and 35mm deep glass pack installation.
- Increased height of outer flange, leaf, impost and, correspondingly, molding fillets allows to deepen the glass pack by 24mm, instead of 16mm in conventional window systems. Thus the low-temperature bridge is isolated by PVC through the aluminium spacer and the sweating is reduced.
- The middle (third) contour of frame ledge densifier is implemented as a separate profile and is easily fixated into the frame groove and impost. This construction provides the three-contour approach as an option.
- Supporting, bottom and connector profiles come from “ORTO-60” System.
- Thermal resistance: 0,64 sq. m. x °C/watt (State Standard requirement: 0,40-0,90 sq. m. x °C/watt)

“ORTO-60” and “ORTO-70” System Features

Quality
- Quality characteristics of “ORTO” are tested and proved to fully comply with State Standard Requirements (GOST 30673-99 “PVC Profiles for Window and Doorway Units. Technical Terms”
- All agents used in our formulae are manufactured in Europe: Kaneca (Belgium), Hemsen (Austria), Kronos (Austria).
- In the process of development of our formulae weather conditions of the even coldest regions of our country were taken into account, thus special consideration was given to the impact resilience issues.
- A fully-equipped research facility, located at our plant, runs scheduled daily probes on various parameters in accordance to State Standard requirements.
- Frost hardiness test are run at -30°C, not at -20°C as required by the State Standard specification.
